## About Us

iDialogue is the flagship product of Pacific Apps, Inc., a California US-based Salesforce ISV [AppExchange Partner](https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FvKpvUAF) focused on Agentic CRM. 

Pacific Apps was formed in 2018 with a focus on dialogue-driven customer experiences, intelligent document processing and content management solutions.

The company pivoted in 2023 to focus on an Agent-first architecture using the [OpenAI Frontier platform](https://openai.com/index/introducing-openai-frontier/) integrated with [Salesforce](https://www.salesforce.com). 
And re-launched iDialogue v2 in 2025 with an agent gallery and suite of Sales, Marketing and Support AI Agents.
