## A starting point for confidential conversations

Bring the customer's Account name and billing address into a clean agreement outline. Keep your organization's approved language, review process, and final decisions at the center of the document.

## What's included

- Account name and billing address populated from Salesforce.
- A purpose section and space for your approved confidentiality terms.
- Editable sections for permitted use, agreement term, and return of information.
- Signature lines for both parties.

The preview contains fictional example details. This is an editable outline: add and approve your confidentiality clauses before using it as an agreement. Signature lines are ordinary document content.

## Make it yours

Import the template package in Document Builder, then replace the bracketed prompts with your approved language. Adjust the layout, add your branding, and test it with an Account before publishing your version.

Use **Data → Edit Data Context** to review the Account fields. If your org's schema differs, you can continue editing while your Admin reconciles the data context.

## Before you share

Check the customer details, final wording, page layout, and signature sections. Publish your completed template and test the generated output against an appropriate Account.
