## Put products and pricing in one clear document

Start with an Opportunity, bring in its Account details and product line items, and finish with the terms your customer needs to make a decision.

![Preview of the Quote template with fictional products and prices](../assets/img/documents/quote.png)

## What's included

- Opportunity name and the related Account's billing address.
- A repeating product table with product name, code, description, quantity, unit price, and line total.
- A product subtotal calculated from the Opportunity line items.
- Editable spaces for quote validity, currency, payment, delivery, and acceptance.

The preview uses fictional example data. The subtotal covers product line totals; add any applicable tax, shipping, and other charges to your approved quote process.

## Make it yours

Import the template package in Document Builder. Add your branding and commercial terms, then test with an Opportunity that has products.

The included data context describes Opportunity, Account, Opportunity Line Item, and Product fields. Use **Data → Edit Data Context** to review those references and reconcile any differences in your org. The template remains editable while you make those changes.

## Before you share

Confirm the quantities, prices, subtotal, currency, and final terms. Test an Opportunity with several products to check table layout and pagination, then publish your version.
