## ESignatures

iDialogue connects approved PDF documents to signer workflows in Document Rooms. Teams can prepare signature
locations in document templates, identify signer roles, invite the intended participants, and move the completed
document back into the Salesforce-centered workflow.

## Core capabilities

- Define signer roles and signing order for a Document Room.
- Place signature blocks in generated PDF document templates.
- Support signer and countersigner completion paths.
- Authenticate that a participant has the required signer role before accepting a signature.
- Record signature and document audit details for workflow visibility.
- Keep the signed or countersigned PDF associated with the intended document workflow.

## Typical workflow

1. Generate or attach the approved PDF document.
2. Add the intended signers as Document Room members with signer roles.
3. Invite participants through the approved customer-facing workflow.
4. Collect signatures in the configured order.
5. Preserve the completed PDF and related activity for the Salesforce process.
