## CPQ & Quote Documents

Use approved Salesforce quote and Opportunity context to prepare the customer-facing documents and experiences
that surround an existing CPQ process.

## How the components assemble

1. **Context:** use verified Opportunity, Quote, product, pricing-output, signer, and account context.
2. **Document work:** generate proposals, quote explanations, order summaries, or agreements from approved
templates; analyze related files when review requires it.
3. **Agentic workflow:** collect missing narrative inputs and follow configured approval and document rules.
4. **Customer experience:** request eSignatures or share approved content through a Deal Room.
5. **Control:** keep pricing calculations, approvals, extracted values, and customer commitments under human and
   system-of-record control.

## Where iDialogue fits

iDialogue complements CPQ by improving the documents, explanations, file review, signatures, and customer-facing
experience around a quote. It does not replace pricing rules, product configuration, taxation, billing, ERP,
orders, invoicing, amendments, renewals, or revenue recognition.

<!-- Phase 2: add supplied quote, proposal, and Deal Room screenshots. -->
