## Customer Onboarding

Connect the approved commercial record to the documents, files, people, and next steps needed for a cleaner
sales-to-delivery handoff.

## How the components assemble

1. **Context:** use Closed Won account, opportunity, quote, product, stakeholder, and related File context.
2. **Document work:** generate handoff and kickoff documents; read uploaded contracts, forms, spreadsheets, and
   implementation files when configured.
3. **Agentic workflow:** prepare summaries, collect missing inputs, apply checklists, and create only permitted
   follow-up actions.
4. **Customer experience:** organize approved documents, invitations, uploads, and next steps in an Experience or
   Document Room.
5. **Control:** keep delivery commitments, extracted values, access, and customer-facing content under human review.

## Common outcomes

- Sales-to-delivery handoff and purchased-scope summaries.
- Implementation kickoff packet drafts.
- Uploaded-file summaries and Document Q&A.
- Customer document collection and checklist coordination.
- Approved onboarding rooms with members, documents, and next steps.
