# iDialogue Platform Event reference

Use the iDialogue Platform Event to start a Salesforce Flow after an iDialogue activity.

The Salesforce object label is **iDialogue Platform Event**. The source API name is `Event__e`. The API name in an
installed managed package is usually `rooms__Event__e`.

Salesforce publishes this high-volume event after the source transaction commits.

See [Platform event types](/support/events/types.html) for the baseline event-type list.

## Filter a file event by Library folder

A Salesforce Library is a `ContentWorkspace` record. A Library folder is a `ContentFolder` record.

Use these conditions in one Decision outcome. Select **All Conditions Are Met (AND)**.

| Event field | Operator | Value |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Event Type** (`Type__c`) | Equals | `CONTENT_VERSION_INSERT` |
| **Content Workspace Name** (`ContentWorkspaceName__c`) | Equals | `AI Inbox` |
| **Content Folder Name** (`ContentFolderName__c`) | Equals | `Business Cards` |

The name conditions are easy to read. A user can change a Library name or a folder name. Two Libraries can also have
folders with the same name. Use **Content Workspace ID** and **Content Folder ID** when the Flow needs stable and
unique routing.

For the complete file-processing procedure, see
[Handle Salesforce Files with OCR and Run Agent](/support/idp/process-salesforce-files-with-run-agent.html).

## Understand record fields

`RecordId__c` identifies the primary record for the event. For `CONTENT_VERSION_INSERT`, this field contains the
ContentVersion ID.

`RecordType__c` contains the source object API name. For `CONTENT_VERSION_INSERT`, the value is `ContentVersion`.
This field does not contain a Salesforce Record Type ID or Record Type name.

`RelatedRecordID__c` identifies a related business record. For example, this field can identify an Account or a
Contact that has the file.

`RelatedRecordType__c` contains the API name of that business object. A Library-only upload can have blank related
record fields.
