Document Generation
iDialogue turns Salesforce data and approved templates into review-ready business documents. Teams can use account, contact, opportunity, quote, product, and related context without rebuilding the same proposal, agreement, quote explanation, or handoff document from a blank page.
Document Generation includes deterministic template, merge, and rendering workflows as well as AI-assisted authoring. The workflow and template determine where AI contributes; not every generated document is AI-authored.

How it works

- Collect required inputs that are not already present in Salesforce.
- Merge structured data and generate approved narrative content where configured.
- Review facts, language, formatting, and commercial commitments.
- Save, attach, sign, or share the approved output.

- Human review remains the control point for accuracy and customer-facing commitments.
- Salesforce permissions and workflow configuration determine who can generate and share content.
- Generated documents can continue into ESignatures or Experiences & Document Rooms.
