iDialogue is the flagship product of Pacific Apps, Inc., a California US-based Salesforce ISV AppExchange Partner focused on Agentic CRM.
Pacific Apps was formed in 2018 with a focus on dialogue-driven customer experiences, intelligent document processing and content management solutions.
The company pivoted in 2023 to focus on an Agent-first architecture using the OpenAI Frontier platform integrated with Salesforce. And re-launched iDialogue v2 in 2025 with an agent gallery and suite of Sales, Marketing and Support AI Agents.
