Pacific Apps was formed in 2018 with a focus on dialogue-driven customer experiences, intelligent document processing and content management solutions.
The company pivoted in 2023 to focus on AI-assisted Salesforce workflows using the OpenAI Frontier platform integrated with Salesforce. The current public product story focuses on generating and sharing customer-ready sales documents from Salesforce data.
