These skills include reading and writing files, querying and updating Salesforce records, sending emails and SMS messages, searching the web and knowledge bases, geocoding addresses and more. Agents can even dynamically generate and run code to perform custom actions and complex logic.

Agents use these skills to perform tasks, execute workflows, and automate processes across sales, service, marketing, operations, and more. The platform provides a unified interface for building agents that can interact with Salesforce data, external APIs, and user inputs to drive intelligent automation at scale.
